ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order has been placed successfully. Please keep this for future reference. If you do not receive an email please contact littledecorcompany@googlemail.com to help us investigate any technical difficulties that may have arisen.

CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS

As we aim to dispatch your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, if you wish to cancel or make any amendments e.g. alter a quantity or change the delivery address please do so by emailing littledecorcompany@googlemail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time the goods may have already been dispatched. If  you are too late to cancel the order, then please return the goods to us once they have been delivered. Information on how to do this can be found in the Returns & Refunds section.

IMPORTANT PRE-ORDER CHECKS

It is your responsibility for ensuring furniture items you have ordered will fit into the room for which they are intended. Please check dimensions of the space the item will sit in carefully. If goods need to be returned for this reason a recollection charge will apply.

DISPATCH CONFIRMATION

We will email you when your order has been dispatched. This will include details of when you should expect delivery and who the carrier will be.

VIEWING ITEMS

If you wish to view any of our items including furniture you may do so by prior arrangement. Please email littledecorcompany@googlemail.com  with your details and someone will call you back to arrange a viewing.
