Q1 Is it safe to enter my card details when shopping online with The Little Decor
Company?
A Yes. We guarantee a safe and secure shopping enviroment using the latest available secure technology.
Q2 How much do you charge for postage and packaging?
A For general home furnishings there is a charge of £5.95 per order. For
furniture orders there is a charge of £19.95 per order.
Q3 Do you deliver outside of mainland UK?
A All the prices quoted are for delivery within mainland UK. We are happy to
quote for delivery to other destinations. Please email
littledecorcompany@googlemail.com with your details.
Q4 How do I amend my order?
A Email littledecorcompany@googlemail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
Q5 How do I cancel my order?
A Email littledecorcompany@googlemail.com immediately. If the order has already left our
warehouse you will have to follow our Returns and Refund instructions.
Q6 How do I return my order?
A Please follow the instructions in our Returns and Refunds section found in the
Help Desk.
Q7 What if I'm not in when you deliver?
A As stated in our Delivery policy it is your responsibility to enter a delivery
address where someone will be present to receive the goods. The Little Decor
Company will not be held responsible for any charges that may arise due to non
delivery.
Q8 Can I view an item of homeware or furniture before I buy?
A Yes. Please email littledecorcompany@googlemail.com with your details and we
will arrange a viewing at our warehouse.
